Here are a few reminders and info:
1) When making your arrival plans, be sure to be in Savannah by early afternoon
on Friday, July 23. The "Meet and Greet" will be held that day around 3 or 4pm.
Les and Alan will be there, eager to meet all of you! Lots of photo ops at the
Meet and Greet!! :-)
2) If you plan to stay at the Hyatt, don't forget to make your hotel reservation
ASAP.
3) Your registration balance is due by May 1. New registrations will be accepted
until May 1 or until we sell out, whichever comes first.
4) If you know you are attending but haven't registered for the Fest, please go
ahead and make your deposit to guarantee your spot. With the announcement that
Alan will also be in attendance, spots are nearing capacity.
5) Tickets are not being mailed out. You will be able to pick up your
registration package at designated times at the hotel during the week of Fest.
You can bring a copy of your Pay Pal payment if you want to show you paid, but
it really won't be necessary.
6) I'm in the process of setting up a Yahoo Group to send out specific info to
registered attendees only. This is not a discussion list, but just a means to
get out info needed to those that have registered. I'm using the email addresses
associated with the Pay Pal account you used to register. If you prefer that I
use a different email address, please email me at: lori@lesmckeown.com
7) I have to pay the hotel "per seat" at the Fest, so if you plan to bring your
spouse, child, etc. they will have to pay as well.
8) And oh yeah did you hear? ALAN WILL BE THERE TOO!!! :-) Yes, both Les McKeown
and Alan Longmuir will be in attendance and they can't wait to meet you and give
you a fabulous concert!!!!!
