Between
1979 and
1981, Les McKeown teamed with songwriter Scobie Ryder and released six
albums in Japan and Europe. "All Washed Up",
"Face of Love" and "Sweet Pain" not only consisted
of 100% McKeown/Ryder tracks, but allowed the team to have total control
over production and artistic work.
In
late 1981, Les released his last Egotrip LP, Heart Control. This LP
had a different musical direction compared to his first three Egotrip LP's
and opened the doors to his next solo venture in the late 80's.
